While supercars and exotic cars often have doors that open up, high-end luxury cars don't have time for that kind of showiness. Instead, the Rolls-Royce Ghost doors open from front and rear hinges, for ease of entry in the rear. Although the Ghost was designed as a "driver's car," according to Rolls, the engineers knew it was pretty likely that driver would be a paid employee.
